Terms and Conditions of Booking

Cancellations are accepted and a full refund less administrative and banking costs of 15% will be made if the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks prior to the course date, or 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the course date. With less than 7 days' notice of cancellation or "no-shows" on the day, no refunds are available. If an attendee cannot attend for any reason then a substitute candidate from the same organisation can be sent at no additional cost and without financial penalty. If your payment was made using PayPal it may be possible to remit any refunds due to you via PayPal also. If your payment was made using your credit card via PayPal then refunds can only be processed by cheque once the card amount has been cleared fullyi.

Changes to the specification of the course may be made without notice in order to improve the content and benefit to the delegates. Renew Training reserves the right to cancel any course for any reason, however full refunds of course fees will be given or (at the delegate's discretion) credit towards alternative courses.

Copyright in the course materials and intellectual property rights remain with Renew Training. Delegates may not make copies of the materials nor use the materials in any part for running their own courses.

Renew Training's Liability for loss or damage caused as a result of the course shall be limited to the event fees. Renew Training will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
